 SATURDAYS at 4 PM: SENTRY TRAININGSentries of the Northern Garrison train weekly on SATURDAYS at 4 PM (EST/GMT-5/servertime). These training exercises include full uniform/equipment inspections, fellowship tactic drills for multiple combat scenarios, and skirmish activities appropriate for those present. Locations for training are announced in the weekly update with the most common being the secluded village of Archet. Sentries in participation are expected to be in official uniform. Items to be auctioned are based on a 3-week rotation: Week 1 Combat Items, Week 2 Crafting Items, and Week 3 Treasure Items. Regardless of rotation, each auction will include two or more high-value items such as Tomes and Essences. ABOUT THE GARRISON
The Northern Garrison was founded in the Year 2913 of the Third Age following the aftermath of the Fell Winter. Though the Realm of Angmar was defeated nearly one thousand years prior, the remnant threats of the north remained present throughout the far reaches of Eriador. The Dúnedain remained vigilant in protecting the lands and traditions of their Arnorian forefathers; however, the communities of Eriador sought a more visible, united military presence following the devastation of the Fell Winter. It was for this purpose that Free Peoples from throughout Bree-land, the Shire, and Ered Luin gathered in Buckland to formalize the establishment of the Garrison. To this day, the company remains dedicated to protecting Eriador, beyond the borders of kingdom and realm.
